Crazy Love Gamble-Style

Here are the photos I took on my Mom's phone when we were at the beach, her email was not working but FINALLY sent them today so I thought I would share... Ava cant help but smash any sandcastle she comes across. Click the forward arrow to see this in action:

We started this morning off with a basketball game. Not just any basketball game but 11 year-old girls. Who would of known it would be so stressful?? Yet so fun? We will be back next week for sure! What a great opportunity to see our family, we have two cousins playing and my aunts coaching so the stands are filled with our people. : ) Next we headed over to visit Grandpa, he is a little sick today so we just checked in a few times and kept ourselves busy with other kid-friendly activities. We started with the park. Then we headed to the pool. I LOVE these pictures. Ava & Colton are a bit crazy but they are super cute together. This pool is awesome, it is shallow, warm and salt water. The kids did great, good times : )

Good Morning. They are pretty cute together. But you could probably put a slug next to Ava and I THINK they would look cute together. Today was a tutu day. She is killing me. Blowing me kisses. Having her girly moment, tutu, babies & stroller. Playing stickers with Grandma. Now off to the mall... better try on some hats. She fits right in. Then we went to Pump It Up to play with Sammy. Ava deserves a little playdate ! Grandma joined in... and her BFF , Elmo. We ended the evening with dinner at Grandpa's. He got a haircut today at the barber shop. We tried our hand at another pool game and he won! Everyone keeps suggesting I threw the game but I assure you I did not. I just suck. But my skills are coming back, I can just feel it.

She looks so cute in sunglasses. And I love any picture of her with Daddy. She must be drinking my Kool-Aid because she asked Daddy to take her picture please! Yes, one step closer to "trained"! We had a great day with Grandpa. Ava was quite the trooper, we were there from noon until about 8 o'clock at night. We got Grandpa out to the putting green! I am so proud of him! His golf game needs a little work but yay for trying! Scott tried to help Ava brush up on her skills too. She might be the next Chuck . Great Papa's gloves. Not only did he golf, we even got him to play pool!! Grandpa gave himself a little tour of the facilities. He tried out the weight room. He saw the pool, the movie theater and the chapel. I am not saying he didn't sit me down AGAIN today and tell me more about his plans to high tail it out of this place but THERE IS HOPE and I can live with hope.

Here are the pets in a RARE snuggle. I think Lily is sick. Last week we thought Oreo was on his way out, but he is recovering. If only he would prove that statement with stopping the peeing in inappropriate places. I am glad he is feeling better though. Lily's sickness is probably related to something she ate. She often STEALS non-pet food items. For instance: a 2 lb block of cheese, a loaf of zucchini bread, an uncooked Papa Murphy's Pizza. These are just the first few things that come to mind. What made her sick this time? If I had to guess I would have to go with THIS: Yes, it is a box of sugar. I know what you are thinking, that sounds odd right, that a dog would EAT a whole box of sugar? Then I suppose I shouldn't mention the bag of flour she ate. I wonder why she is sick??? It is the strangest thing.
