A look back...

I love that I have this blog.  It is my best way to look back on what's happened, and it keeps all of our memories and photos in order, by date!  I'm so not that organized on my own so this is brilliant! Today, just for fun, we are going to take a look back.  Here are some photos from February of the year I started this blog, 2010:  We had just moved Grandpa into The Springs .  That's also about 40 lbs ago...  Little mini Ava & Colton were loving their new swimming hole.  Little miss already had reached princess status, much to my dismay.  Could she be cuter though, really?? And here's 3 years ago, February 2011:  We were just in the welcoming Norah into our lives stage.  She's about 3 weeks old in these next few pictures.  We liked to torture her from a very early age.  She was a bit skeptical, with good reason.  Tuning us all out worked well for her though.  I'm n...

Ava's doing much better, she still has a cough but IF there was school, I'd be sending her.  But they happened to be off, both yesterday and today.    Yesterday Norah wore one of my favorite outfits that totally reminds me of Ava at this age.  In fact, lets interrupt this blog post to take a look back at some photos of mini Ava, wearing it too: Who wore it better? Sniff, sniff.  As much as I absolutely adore Ava exactly as she is now, I do miss THIS Ava.  Anyhow, back to yesterday, I am on an organizing kick.  I always have a need to organize and de-clutter.  My wonderful husband got the ball rolling with cleaning out our whole garage, it looks beautiful.  I then hit my closet and yesterday the girls' closet too.   You'd think we have 47 little girls with as many clothes as they have.  It's crazy.  This is just their closet, they each have a large dresser STUFFED FULL....

Best Cat Ever.

That face. What a great little sharer (for the very brief moment)! Here's a little (super short) video of Norah saying the word "strawberries" which I think is hysterical. Sometimes she manages to make the word even longer...  Trying to feed them to the cat.  Everyone knows cats love fruit, right?  He's such a good sport!   Oreo doubles as a pillow.  Hi Norah in the window!  Here's a similar shot, 1 year ago:   My baby!!  I just sold her (their) crib today, sniff, sniff.  I'm sure he wanted you to set that ball on him.  Hugs make it better, right?  Cats love hugs! I think they are the exact same size.  : ) What a great cat!  Thank you Oreo for being so very tolerant of these children!!
