Crazy Love Gamble-Style

 I have a little catch up to play.  I grow rather relaxed with posting when I'm in vacation mode.  It's nice to be back at it all though, happy to be home. Anyhow, last weekend we had a lot of fun.  Saturday started with a great breakfast birthday party for Kenna, she is Lauren's niece.  I even wore jammies!  The thought that I should wear them too didn't even occur to me, that morning Lauren text me and convinced me, just barely.   They are so cute & they loved getting to go somewhere in their PJs!   Audrey playing with Norah in the playroom.   Asher making a fruit-loop necklace.  Kenna!  I love this one.  One more time, just for fun!  They were trick candles! : )  Donuts!   Norah tried to make a necklace too, it was a little frustrating for her.   Then the kids all watched Frozen wh...

Here's a few pictures from our weekend:  Tiffani & I did a 10k through the woods on Saturday!  I miss doing races, they are so fun!  John and I got ANOTHER date night on Saturday!  Yay!!  Of course we hit up the Cruzroom , we love that place!  We also tried a new place, called The Station , it was really good too!  They had these green beans in hoisin sauce with pickled ginger that was to die for!    The girls went to see Frozen with "their Linda" while all that was going on.  That was Norah's first movie in a theater, Linda said she did great!  Yay!  Norah's little dog, her favorite toy, has been missing for a few weeks.  I was beginning to think it was gone for good, I'd looked everywhere.  But thankfully, it has reappeared!  She's thrilled.  She's already lost it 10 times since yesterday, but such is life.  : ) We've all been practicing up on our basketball skills, the girls ...

 What a fun weekend!! Saturday we visited with Asher and Audrey, I even left the girls there for a bit while I went running, thank you Lauren!!   Then we went to a birthday party for Collin at Pump it Up, super fun!!   And that night John and I enjoyed a date night out, thanks to Heidi and Brian for watching our little rug rats!!  We went to Benihanas, it was amazing!! Not only was it super delicious, but we also had a really entertaining chef (B-Rad, you should request him) and some great strangers that we sat with that were really fun to talk to.  It made for a great dinner!!   Love this guy so much!! He's been working so hard.  I'm glad he got a tiny break, he literally worked the entire rest of the weekend.  : (  Could this girl, or this dress be more cute??!?  I'm just adding these for fun.   Love my family, love our weekends together!  

Aunt Julia generously got our family a zoo pass for Christmas so we hit up Zoo Lights on the last day it was around, so fun!   I think the last time we've gone to zoo lights was when Ava was about 2 and it was so freezing cold it was difficult to enjoy.  This time it was MUCH better!   The kids were thrilled!  We even got to see a few animals.  Can you see the baby elephant under the mama?  I love this one!   Ava loved the bats!
