Crazy Love Gamble-Style

I know that as a mother to daughters my main goal is supposed to be keeping them off the pole but.... Auntie happens to have one IN her house so it makes that goal not just hard to accomplish,  but basically impossible.  The girls are FASCINATED by this thing!!!  Jessica does it for exercise & loves it.  The girls love it too.  They even fight over it.  It may be a little tramatizing to watch but they  are having fun, and THAT is my actual main goal.   She also has a trampoline!   Happiness!! She sure knows the way to their heart,  they already can't wait to go back. So maybe if we set pole limits, like  ONLY at aunties house, that could work, right?

These kids. Seriously too cute for their own good.  "Mirror mirror on the wall..."  I just love her. Oh my.  What can you say? It's just too much.

My poor husband is working like crazy this week. We have barely got to see him,  but we couldn't be more proud of him. I am so thankful that he works so hard so I can  stay home with these amazing little girls. We love you my love, you are the best!!

 I do not have a green thumb, thankfully, John does so we are surrounded by beautiful flourishing greenery & flowers. I was given this orchid a long time ago, and I was pretty sure I was going to kill it, like all other orchids that have come before it.  But surprisingly I was able to get these orchids to rebloom and  for some reason that gives me hope, hope for whats to come.   They signify to me what can happen when you don't give up, when you pour patience & love into something & see how it grows. Kind of like these girls... : )

After finding those delicious blackberries on our  walk the other day John pointed out to me that we  have some right by our house. Funny I never even noticed them, but he was right! (Yes, love, let me repeat that, HE WAS RIGHT) (He loves that.) Anyhow, what a great find.  My little fruit girls were in heaven, although not very helpful when it comes to picking them. Norah is crazy for these things!!   And no surprise, Ava is too, but that goes with out saying, she is my little fruit addict. Yay for blackberries, now we just need some ice  cream to go with them...

Yesterday we had a fun morning in the sun with Nate & Max before Ava went to school. We tried out one of the two Wilsonville water fountains , we had heard great things about both and wanted to make sure we checked them out  before this great weather passes. Super fun, can't wait to go back! Next time  we will have to try out the other one.  I can't  believe how cool Wilsonville is now, it used  to have nothing.  I wish they would get  something like that out here!  Fun, fun!
