Crazy Love Gamble-Style

I took a little break from taking pictures over the weekend which is unfortunate since we had such a blast and it would of been really great to document.  I'm hoping Abby, who did take lots of pictures will send me some of her favorites once she gets a chance to edit them.  We spent the weekend attending a float party up at Scott & Vivienne's house, they live off the Little North Fork of the Santiam River.  It is beyond beautiful and so very peaceful.  Such a wonderful spot!!  The water was pretty low so we didn't get to float far but it was still really fun! We had lots of great food and wonderful company.    The party was also to celebrate Tiffani's birthday!  She turned 15 and 22, just like me!  : ) We had planned on camping overnight but it turned out that there wasn't that many people sleeping over so we even got a real bed.  Ava & Colton still insisted on camping though, so up the tent went.  ...

On Thursday my brother Jeff came to visit. He lives in Canada for school so this is a real treat for us to see him! Ava LOVES her uncle Jeff. He also brought his beautiful, charming girlfriend Fernanda: Aside from our truly awful day yesterday (still awaiting advice on the next post!!) we had a great time playing with them. The little miss was thrilled. They played Legos , ponies, watched her dance & sing, basically indulged her every whim. They even broke out the Elmo puppet. *Happiness* Her love of entertaining company is never ending. What a nice break from our issues we were struggling with all day. Nothing puts a smile on this girls face like people that stare lovingly at her while she puts on her little Ava show. It was great seeing Jeff, we just love him!
